About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Floor Technician to join our team and provide hands-on care for our senior community. This role is essential to maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. You will be the expert on floor care, responsible for cleaning, waxing, and polishing tile floors, as well as vacuuming, extracting, and stripping carpets. Your work ensures that our residents and their families enjoy a pristine environment every day.

In addition to specialized floor maintenance, you will perform general janitorial duties, manage trash collection, and assist with light laundry and maintenance tasks. We provide uniforms and offer a supportive team culture where you can make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents.

Schedule & Benefits

We offer a two-week rotation schedule with every other weekend off. Daily hours are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process to accommodate your needs. A key benefit of this position is that uniforms are provided.
