About the Role

As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers face-to-face in big-box retail stores and community events. Your primary mission is to promote our home renovation services and generate interest by initiating conversations that lead to free in-home consultations. You will represent Statewide Remodeling with confidence and professionalism, collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. This role is designed for those who enjoy creating great experiences for the public and are driven to excel in a dynamic environment.

A Day in the Life

You will work with a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do. Whether you are at a retail location or a community event, you will be engaging with potential customers, setting appointments, and assisting them in a clear and friendly manner. The role requires reliable transportation to visit multiple locations or events throughout the day. We offer paid training to ensure you have everything you need to succeed, welcoming entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in the industry.
