About the Role

As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers face-to-face in big-box retail stores and community events. Your primary goal is to promote our home renovation services and generate interest by initiating conversations that lead to free in-home consultations.

This role is designed for individuals who are friendly, fun, and possess a genuine interest in creating great experiences for the public. You will represent our brand with confidence and professionalism, assisting customers in arranging appointments and collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. While the role requires personal drive and the ability to work independently, you will be supported by a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do.
