About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Manager to join our team along the Gulf Coast. In this vital position, you will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts, focusing on managing client relationships by creating a positive and productive working environment.
The ideal candidate will leverage experience in management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers. Your day-to-day will involve the direct management and oversight of field performance, balancing new business acquisition with the stewardship of an existing portfolio. You will serve as the primary point of contact, responding to client inquiries professionally and providing sound financial advice to help protect their assets. A key part of your mission is to follow up with clients to ensure they remain satisfied with the products and services they have purchased.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with a first-year potential ranging from $50k to $150k+, or $70k+ for candidates with prior management experience. We believe in accelerated growth, offering the potential to move from a sales representative to a team leader within 30 days.
