The Job Placement Program (JOPP)

Our Job Placement Program (JOPP) is designed to neutralize the impact of career gaps by demonstrating recent, relevant work through projects, certifications, and interview readiness. We support hiring pipelines for roles such as Junior Software Programmer, Java Full Stack Engineer, Python/Java Developer, DevOps/Cloud Engineer, and various data-track roles including Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, and ML/AI Engineer.\n Ideal candidates for our gap-to-offer support include:

• Professionals returning after layoffs or personal reasons.
• Candidates with limited recent experience but strong potential.
• Recent graduates who have not yet launched their careers.
• International candidates on F1/OPT visas facing timeline pressure.

We provide guidance on STEM extensions and process support for H-1B/Green Card filings once employed, as applicable through employer sponsorship.
