The Job Placement Program (JOPP)

The JOPP is designed to rebuild your proof and confidence systematically. Many candidates with gaps try "one more course," but that rarely changes outcomes. Instead, we focus on a comprehensive approach that includes:

• Skill Refresh: Updating your knowledge in high-demand areas like Java, Full Stack, DevOps, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, and ML/AI.
• Proof of Work: Creating tangible projects and certifications to show current capability.
• Interview Readiness: Preparing you to articulate your value and overcome the "gap" narrative.
• Career Support: Providing guidance on STEM extensions and process support for H-1B/Green Card filing once employed (as applicable through employers).

We support hiring pipelines for roles such as Junior Software Programmer, Java Full Stack Engineer, Python/Java Developer, DevOps/Cloud Engineer, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, and ML/AI Engineer.
