About the Role

As an Autobody Prepper, you will join our team to help get low-mileage, late-model cars ready for our customers. In this entry-level position, you will perform light bodywork, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, removing and installing bumpers, minor plastic welding, and small area bodywork such as Bondo repairs.

If you are joining us in an entry-level capacity, we offer training programs designed to ensure your skills and pay progress alongside the company. You will work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to varying weather conditions, while utilizing safety equipment like face shields, goggles, and protective garments.
