Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. We sell cars, but we aren't car salesmen. Our promise is simple: we won't sell a car to a customer that we wouldn't sell to our own Mom.
To ensure our vehicles are in first-rate condition, we have built multiple vehicle Reconditioning Centers across the country. Here, cars are inspected, perfected, and photographed before reaching the Carvana website. We utilize state-of-the-art tools in these high-tech environments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As an Experienced Heavy Body Technician, you will be a key part of our mission to get low-mileage, late-model cars ready for our customers. In this position, you will train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels. Your day-to-day will involve heavy plastic welding, stapling, metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, stud welding, and repairs to roofs and rocker panels, including large area heavy bodywork and Bondo repair.
We are looking for team players who are all in on our mission. Because we are committed to delivering great vehicles when expected, the role may require mandatory overtime during busy periods to follow through on our commitment to our customers.
Join the Carvana team by applying on this page or calling one of our recruiters at (888) 690-7853, Monday through Friday between 6 AM and 4 PM PT (9 AM to 7 PM ET).
If this specific role isn't a match, we have a variety of other prep and automotive roles available across our 18 locations, including entry-level, mid-level, and other specialized auto body and technician positions. Please visit our Careers site to explore those opportunities.
