About the Role
Join the Keller Williams family as a real estate agent representing home sellers and buyers through complex transactions. This role entails coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. You will serve as the strategic guide for clients, utilizing prospecting methods to find new opportunities and interacting with them through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses.
To ensure your success, we provide thorough, hands-on sales training and access to the industry's most efficient platforms for scouting leads and closing deals. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your journey, you will operate with an optimistic entrepreneurial mindset and unwavering drive to help clients find their perfect property.
Application & Licensing
New and experienced agents are encouraged to apply. If you do not currently hold a real estate license, you are still invited to apply. Once your application is received, you will be contacted by our partnered real estate school with information on how to obtain your license. Please note that an active real estate license is required to be considered for the position.
Compensation Model
As an independent contractor, your income is purely commission-based, with no hourly wage or salary. Full-time agents have the potential to earn $100,000+ annually, depending on their performance and market activity.
