About the Role
Whether you are a licensed agent or just starting your journey, this role invites you to represent home sellers and buyers through the entire real estate transaction process. You will act as a strategic partner, coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices to secure the best outcomes for your clients.
Your day will involve a blend of strategic prospecting and direct client interaction. You will scout leads through networking and advertising, then engage with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses. The core of the position is helping clients find the right property while navigating the complexities of purchase agreements.
Training and Support
We are committed to your success, providing thorough, hands-on sales training for both new and seasoned agents. To supplement this training, you will have access to the industry's most efficient platforms designed to help you scout leads and ensure deals are closed. As an independent contractor, your income is purely commission-based, offering the potential to earn $100,000+ annually as a full-time agent.
