About the Role
This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the KW family to represent home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions. The role entails coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. Agents will also perform strategic prospecting methods to identify new clients interested in buying or selling property.
To ensure success, the company provides thorough, hands-on sales training for team members at all experience levels. Agents are equipped with access to the industry's most efficient platforms to scout leads and close deals. Whether you are an active licensee or currently in the process of obtaining your license, you are encouraged to apply. If you are unlicensed, you will be contacted by a partnered real estate school with information on how to obtain your license before being considered for the position.
