About the Role
Our Entry Level Account Representatives play a vital role in helping Americas self-employed individuals, small business owners, and families access affordable benefits and business services. As economic conditions shift, the demand for our products has never been higher, and your work will directly impact and protect families for generations.
In this role, you will advise clients on a portfolio of solutions that best fit their individual needs and budget, delivering service that is fast, fair, and caring. You will work within a relaxed, flexible environment where success is defined by your ability to help others. Our most accomplished sales professionals will teach you their successful formulas and execution strategies through classroom, online, and field training, ensuring you have the tools to serve clients effectively.
