About the Role
As an Entry Level Account Representative, you will work directly with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and individuals across the Americas. Your primary purpose is to help them access a product suite of affordable benefits and business services. As economic conditions shift, the demand for these viable alternatives to current benefit programs has never been higher.
In this role, you will advise clients on a portfolio of solutions that best fits their individual needs and budget, delivering service that is fast, fair, and caring. You will be armed with the tools and knowledge to serve clients effectively, knowing that your trusted planning and guidance can impact and protect families for generations. The position is designed for those who are accountable, coachable, and possess a genuine passion for helping others.
