About the Role
Bluewater Federal is seeking an Enterprise Integration Lead to support the United States Air Force at Maxwell AFB. This position is critical to the Base Maintenance (BMx) Family of Systems program, which provides essential lifecycle support for enterprise logistics and maintenance systems. These systems enable global mission readiness and sustainment operations for the USAF.
In this role, you will lead enterprise integration and interoperability activities across the BMx ecosystem. Your work will focus on designing, implementing, and sustaining APIs, interfaces, and data exchange solutions to ensure seamless communication between systems. You will manage synchronization integrity and cross-system data consistency, coordinating interface governance reviews and integration planning activities. The role also involves supporting migration sequencing, operational cutovers, and rollback assessments, while troubleshooting integration failures and data synchronization issues to validate interoperability for readiness reporting and operational workflows.
