You will guide engineering teams through the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data platforms, ensuring that every metric is auditable from source to dashboard. The role demands a deep specialization in AWS and Snowflake technologies to build data ecosystems that are fast, secure, and built for lasting performance.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDefine and execute enterprise data architecture vision and roadmap for critical business domains
- check_circleArchitect scalable AWS data platforms leveraging S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, and Kinesis
- check_circleDesign and optimize Snowflake-based enterprise data warehouses with high-performance schemas
- check_circleImplement enterprise data governance standards including RBAC, lineage, and compliance controls
- check_circleOversee design and orchestration of production ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Airflow and dbt
- check_circleLead engineering teams in solution design, code reviews, and production delivery of data assets

Requirements
- verified15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and data platform leadership
- verifiedDeep hands-on expertise with Snowflake
- verifiedExtensive experience with AWS cloud services (S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, SNS, IAM)
- verifiedProficiency in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL
- verifiedExperience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
- verifiedExperience with Apache Airflow for ETL/ELT orchestration
- verifiedStrong command of data governance principles
- verifiedExperience with monitoring tools like Datadog or Splunk
- verifiedCI/CD practices using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- verifiedMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience with Apache Iceberg. Familiarity with other data platforms like Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric. Experience with AI/ML integration in data platforms, RAG pipelines, Vector Search, or AWS AI services. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Certified Developer. Snowflake SnowPro Advanced: Architect Certified or SnowPro Core. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
