We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with 12–15 years of experience to lead the design of production-grade enterprise architectures, specifically focusing on the orchestration of Generative AI solutions. This role is pivotal in building the AI Control Plane for our enterprise GenAI platform, bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities and robust .NET-based systems.
You will serve as the technical anchor for a hybrid team, working closely with onsite stakeholders to translate real estate domain use cases into actionable architecture while guiding offshore engineering teams in execution. The position demands a deep understanding of how to integrate UI, backend, data, and AI layers into a cohesive, scalable, and secure ecosystem.
Your work will center on defining end-to-end architectures that power our AI initiatives. You will design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to architecting integration patterns between .NET services, Azure data platforms, and AI systems, ensuring seamless data flow and governance.
Beyond technical design, you will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, particularly those within the real estate and property management sectors. You will review and standardize APIs, adapters, and microservices design patterns to ensure consistency across the organization. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that all AI solutions meet rigorous standards for scalability, security, and performance.
This is a remote position. While the role is based remotely, you will be expected to travel to the client site as and when required to facilitate collaboration with onsite teams and stakeholders.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
