Job Description
About the Role
The IIM Enterprise Account Executive III Account Executive is a commissioned sales position based role within Konica Minolta, operating as a national position available anywhere in the USA. This role is central to driving revenue growth in strategic markets and within top-tier clients and contributing to the company’s overall success.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the consistent development of a pipeline of opportunities from both new and existing enterprise clients. As an IIM Strategic Account Executive, you will identify opportunities, deeply understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a mix of strategic planning, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for responding to, developing, and qualifying leads into opportunities. A key part of your routine involves leveraging your knowledge to educate potential clients on the benefits of the company’s solution. You will work closely with the Sales Engineering team to execute the "Konica Minolta IIM Experience," documenting client challenges and collaborating on proposed solutions.
Beyond initial sales, you will play a vital role in the client lifecycle. This includes participating in pre-implementation reviews of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and post-implementation reviews to compare expectations against delivered results. You will also assist in developing case studies and working with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. In the absence of a dedicated Customer Success Manager, you will handle regular follow-ups and discussions to ensure the account is maximizing their system usage.
Culture and Collaboration
Konica Minolta fosters a collaborative environment where teamwork is essential. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with internal partners, coworkers, and external vendors. We value individuals who can actively contribute ideas to improve the sales process and overall growth of the sales team and who are committed to continuous learning regarding best practices and market trends.
