Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePlan and perform routine and non-routine hardware installation and integration assignments
- check_circleInstall equipment racks, computers, and government furnished material on Navy ships
- check_circleFollow layout and drawing diagrams to install and execute devices and subunits of equipment
- check_circleConduct tests and experiments requiring selection and adaptation of installation and test equipment
- check_circleConstruct experimental or prototype models to meet engineering requirements
- check_circleLead installation teams throughout project tasking and execution phases
- check_circleAnalyze data, record problems, and prepare test reports for complex engineering issues
Requirements

Nice to Have
Shipboard experience, experience in assisting in the development and maintenance of network communications, knowledge of CANES, NMT, SSEE INC F, CBSP and other SATCOM systems to install internal and external networks, support for Systems Operation Verification Testing (SOVT) throughout and until completion, troubleshooting and correcting network errors/faults during design, fabrication, assembly, configuration, and integration phases, experience with C4ISR and Network Related Systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Project), and knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 Professional.
