About the Role

This Engineering Manager position is located in Seminole, Oklahoma. In this role, you will lead, direct, and organize a team of engineers to design, develop, and improve new products and existing product lines. You will oversee key projects, processes, and performance for the team while meeting company objectives for design. The role requires you to perform engineering duties personally while also guiding your team.

You will serve as a strategic partner to manufacturing, operations, and quality managers, reviewing and monitoring quality and process improvements alongside new product development. Your day-to-day involves planning research and development proposals, selecting design concepts and fundamental technologies, and approving proposals for management consideration. You will also direct the review of production costs and product quality, modifying production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations. Additionally, you will work with sales planning to ascertain engineering requirements for developing new markets and direct the preparation of accounting records for budgetary and production efficiency purposes.
