Student Exploration and Experience Development (SEED) is a 12-week internship opportunity at Veolia designed for students seeking hands-on experience in sustainability and ecological transformation. Running from June 1, 2026, to August 21, 2026, the program connects students with real-world projects, industry mentorship, workshops, and networking events. Our mission is to nurture talent, promote innovation, and foster meaningful connections between the next generation and industry professionals, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to make a positive impact.
As an Engineering Intern within the SEED program, you will join a dynamic team at a Hazardous Waste Plant construction site. Your primary focus will be on the final stages of construction and the subsequent commissioning process. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility across multiple functional groups, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.\n We are seeking three distinct profiles to join our team: Mechanical Engineering (piping, structural), Chemical Engineering (hazardous waste incineration), and Instrumentation Engineering (wiring, setting). Regardless of your specific discipline, you will be a team player immersed in a work environment that varies from office settings to field locations and plant floors. The goal is to provide you with tangible industry job experience and exposure to fundamental business processes.
Candidates may support various functions within the Hazardous Waste Plant construction project. While we aim to extend offers to qualified interns based on performance and fit, please note that there is no guarantee of a job offer at the conclusion of the internship. This program is strictly focused on learning and professional development.
