ASRC Federal System Solutions is seeking Engineering / Installation Technicians to support the FAA's Radar System Replacement (RSR) program, the largest and most significant radar modernization effort within the National Airspace System (NAS). This role is central to the successful physical installation and startup of cooperative and integrated non-cooperative/cooperative radar systems.
You will execute field installation tasks across radar rooms, antenna structures, power and grounding systems, and remote facilities. Working closely with system engineers, construction managers, and customer representatives, you will ensure the deployment of new surveillance systems at FAA facilities nationwide. The position requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in active operational environments under a compressed deployment schedule.

Prior experience supporting FAA programs, radar systems, air traffic management systems, or NAS infrastructure. Experience with PSR, MSSR, ADS-B, or similar radar and surveillance systems. Familiarity with SPDs, grounding systems, and coaxial cable installations. Experience supporting installation acceptance testing (IAT) and system startup activities. OSHA safety training, tower climbing certification, or equivalent field safety credentials. Experience working on multi-site deployment programs with parallel installation schedules. Ability to work effectively with multinational OEM teams and customer stakeholders.
