Are you an early-career engineer ready to build the future of aerospace and defense manufacturing? At CPP, a global leader in complex aerospace castings, we're looking for passionate, curious, and driven engineers to join our Engineering Development Program (EDP)—a two-year, immersive rotational experience designed to accelerate your growth into a technical leader or subject-matter expert.
This is your chance to gain hands-on engineering experience at multiple manufacturing sites, work on real-world aerospace challenges, and learn from some of the most experienced technical professionals in the industry. Help us shape the next generation of precision manufacturing.
For more than 30 years, CPP has been a trusted manufacturing partner to the world's aerospace, defense, and power generation industries. With a global network of advanced casting facilities, we produce some of the most intricate and critical components found in today's aircraft. We're growing, and we're looking for engineers who want to grow with us.
At CPP, you'll work with industry experts, dive into cutting-edge technologies, and be part of a team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and continuous learning. Your work here helps shape a safer and more advanced future—starting with your own career.
The EDP is a structured two-year rotational program where participants will spend one year each at our Cudahy and Rancho Cucamonga facilities in Southern California. You'll dive into all aspects of the casting process while gaining exposure to product development, process improvement, dimensional control, and technical analysis.
Along the way, you will receive leadership development, mentoring, national benchmarking opportunities, and the chance to make a measurable impact on the parts that keep aircraft flying safely around the world.
