About the Team
Royal Lahaina Resort is seeking an Engineer to join our Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Management team. We operate in a relaxed, aloha-driven environment dedicated to preserving the beauty and functionality of our oceanfront resort. Our mission is to ensure guest rooms, public areas, pools, and building systems remain safe, reliable, and welcoming for our visitors.
About the Role
This on-site position is vital to delivering memorable Hawaiian hospitality. You will serve as the technical backbone of the resort, working cross-functionally with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to support guest satisfaction. Your day will involve a blend of hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaborative problem-solving to minimize downtime and maintain the resort's high standards.
You will grow your technical and hospitality skills while upholding strict safety standards. Whether responding to urgent guest work orders, coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs, or participating in on-call rotations, you will play a key role in the seamless operation of our facilities.
