About the Role
As an Engineer at Royal Lahaina Resort, you will be the guardian of our physical infrastructure. This role exists to maintain the seamless operation of our resort's critical systems, from the HVAC and plumbing to the electrical grids and pool operations. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay.
In this position, you will not only perform daily maintenance and repairs but also collaborate with the broader Facilities and Engineering team to plan long-term projects and respond to emergencies. Whether you are handling a storm-related response or assisting with after-hours calls, your work directly contributes to the safety and comfort of our beachfront community. You will have the opportunity to grow your technical skills across diverse resort operations while embodying the spirit of aloha in every interaction.
