About the Role
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive care for patients with diabetes and complex endocrine disorders across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. You will partner closely with endocrinologists and primary care teams to provide advanced assessment, manage medications and devices, and educate patients and families. This position is designed for a clinician who thrives in an interdisciplinary setting, engaging in rounds, case conferences, and continuous professional development to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide comprehensive evaluation and ongoing management of patients with diabetes and complex endocrine disorders
- check_circleOrder, interpret, and act on laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics to guide treatment plans
- check_circlePrescribe and adjust medications, including insulin and hormone therapies, following evidence-based guidelines
- check_circleDeliver inpatient and outpatient endocrine consults in collaboration with endocrinologists and primary care teams
- check_circleEducate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle modification, and use of devices such as insulin pumps and CGMs

Requirements
