About the Role
Join our team as a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) at our gated retirement community. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of our residents' safety and well-being, responsible for implementing our Security and Emergency Services programs while providing essential outreach within the community. You will serve as a vital link between our residents and emergency services, ensuring a secure and supportive environment.
Your day will involve performing regular patrols of the property, managing gatehouse relief, and responding to both routine and emergency calls. Whether enforcing traffic regulations, investigating reports of theft or vandalism, or providing immediate care during medical emergencies using basic interventions, your proactive and vigilant approach will be crucial. You will also coordinate effectively with local police, fire, and EMS teams during critical situations and maintain thorough records of all incidents.
