We are seeking a Center Medical Specialist to join our international team in one of our plasma donation centers. This role is designed for individuals with a background as an EMT Basic, Advanced EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or LVN who are looking for a dynamic career path. Your work will directly impact donor safety and satisfaction, ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of care during their donation journey.
In this position, you will serve as the medical authority within the center, performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will build strong rapport with donors, providing education on general health and counseling regarding test results while managing any adverse events or injuries. The role requires a balance of clinical expertise and interpersonal skills, as you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, raising donor awareness regarding potential hazards, and assisting in employee training programs.
