About the Role

This is a key leadership position with significant impact on both client outcomes and team performance. The Pre Litigation Department Team Lead, Employment Law role is ideal for someone who is not only a skilled employment attorney but also a strong people manager and operational thinker. You will lead a team of pre-litigation associates while overseeing the departments workflow and process efficiency.

This role focuses on single-plaintiff employment matters.iff employment cases and requires a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a desire to help grow and refine a high-performing department.
