About the Role
This is an on-site litigation opportunity based in Troy, Michigan, designed for attorneys who want to move beyond repetitive low-level defense work. You will step into a role with meaningful courtroom, deposition, client counseling, and case strategy opportunities. The position focuses on sophisticated employment law and commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving civil rights, non-compete and trade secret issues, wage and hour claims, and business disputes.
You will be part of a collaborative, professional team that values strong writing, judgment, and a strong work ethic. The role offers a chance to work directly with experienced attorneys while building your own litigation, trial, and client-facing skills. You will draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, conduct legal research, and develop thoughtful case strategies.
