As an Employee Relations Specialist based in El Paso, TX, you will serve as a critical bridge between employees and management. Your primary mission is to provide guidance and support on sensitive HR issues, helping to prevent and resolve disputes while conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations. In this role, you will communicate and enforce company policies, stay current on employment law changes, and conduct exit interviews to summarize findings and discuss trends with senior leadership. You will maintain an attitude and philosophy consistent with Paragon's standards, ensuring a fair and compliant workplace environment.
