As a Senior Specialist on Plains' Emergency Response Planning Team, you will provide technical leadership and regulatory oversight for emergency response and spill prevention programs across pipeline, storage, truck, rail, gas, and marine operations. You will own the Company's compliance with SPCC, FRP, OSRP, DOM, and related federal and state requirements, supporting Operations across all Divisions. This role reports to the Senior Manager in Houston, Texas.
You will be an integral part of a team that ensures safety and regulatory adherence across a vast infrastructure network. The position requires cross-border travel of 10–20% and may involve deployment for extended periods during major emergencies. A valid passport—or the ability to obtain one—is required.
