The Department of Emergency Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is dedicated to growing research and scholarly output as a whole, with the goal of building a nationally recognized research program. We seek a highly motivated academic clinician to join our faculty in a high-acuity Emergency Department serving over 60,000 visits annually.
As the Associate Chair for Research, you will lead research initiatives in Emergency Medicine while fostering a culture of excellence in practice, education, and scholarship. This role is designed to elevate the department's research profile and support the academic careers of faculty and trainees.
You will work closely with a diverse group of learners, including medical students, nursing students, and residents from multiple specialties, to contribute to Mayo Clinic's educational mission. The position offers access to a world-class multidisciplinary simulation center and numerous opportunities to engage in collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and multi-site research across the Mayo Clinic network.
