KP West LA is also a significant contributor to our Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine with over 100 of our doctors being faculty at the medical school. Partnership Opportunity

Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) offers a unique path to partnership. Physicians are eligible to transition to a Partner/Owner of SCPMG after three consecutive years of full-time employment (or six consecutive years of part-time employment).
