Founded in 2001, Mastery Schools is a public charter network of 23 K-12 schools in Philadelphia and Camden, serving more than 14,000 students. Our mission is to provide all students with the academic and personal skills they need to succeed after graduation and pursue their dreams. The Opportunity

Math unlocks a future of possibilities. As a Math Teacher at Mastery, you will work relentlessly to foster a love of math with your students while growing and developing in your craft. From the moment they enter our buildings, young mathematicians engage with the cutting-edge, open-source Eureka Math Curriculum to develop the skills and understanding necessary for strong mathematical fluency.

In our 3-5 Math Program, students learn grade-level content defined by the CCSS by engaging with challenging problems and learning from their peers' thinking through facilitated discussions. You will set high expectations and provide high support so that all students can succeed. You will work alongside our Specialized Services and School Culture teams to ensure your students receive the help they need to thrive.

At Mastery, we value Continuous Improvement. You will receive coaching and feedback from a team of Assistant Principals, central-office coaches, and school-based content teams. Professional development and peer collaboration time are built into our staff calendar, and you will receive annual professional development with a dedicated allowance to further your growth.
