The Electrophysiology team is an established, multidisciplinary group dedicated to serving a medically diverse patient population. The current team consists of three Electrophysiologists (EPs), four Interventionalists, five general cardiologists, Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), and dedicated support staff. The group supports robust TAVR and Heart Failure programs and operates two EP labs, with a hybrid lab scheduled to open in 2027. The team offers a supportive environment with solid onboarding, excellent mentorship, and a 1:1 APC to EP ratio.

About the Role

Join a state-of-the-art facility as a full-time Electrophysiology Cardiologist in Richland, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to work within a top-notch team that receives tremendous support from physician leaders. You will join a group where new graduates are welcome, and no prior experience is required. The position features a Monday to Friday schedule with dedicated administrative time and includes onsite device clinic duties.

Clinicians will have access to cutting-edge technology, including Pulsed Field Ablation for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. The team is currently expanding, with one EP retiring at the end of 2026, creating a dynamic environment for growth. The role is designed to support a healthy work-life balance while contributing to a world-class digital outpatient imaging center and a growing heart and vascular program.
