Join our R&D team in Herndon, VA, to contribute to the development of laser products and push boundaries for NASA and the DoD. As an Electronics Technician, you will use your electrical skills to design and build electro-optical systems, bringing uncharted laser research into the aerospace industry.
You will work both independently and on small teams to support the development, assembly, test, and modification of electronics systems. Your day-to-day will involve a wide range of hands-on tasks related to the assembly, integration, and test of electronics circuit boards, systems, and associated cabling and harnessing. Projects may include design, prototyping, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of components, circuitry, boards, and systems.
The workload will at times include multiple concurrent projects, featuring a mix of small, short, quick-turn initiatives and larger, more complex, long-term endeavors. Your versatility in handling both short and long-term projects will be key to bringing value to the company.
