As an Electronics Lab Assembly/Solder Technician, you will be a critical part of our hardware integration efforts in Huntsville, Alabama. Your primary focus will be assembling, cabling, and validating complex testing rack test systems. This role goes beyond simple assembly; you will build and repair cables and connector assemblies, configure rack-mounted devices, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure peak performance.
You will work from detailed assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions, as well as verbal instructions and conceptual ideas to achieve desired outputs. The position involves physical tasks such as retrieving, storing, and installing equipment, as well as performing functional validations. You will also have the opportunity to provide on-the-job recommendations to solve hardware integration issues with mid and upper-level Engineering and Leadership. Compliance with our FOD program, tool control program, and all safety regulations is essential to maintaining our high standards.

This role requires an active DoD Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only citizens are eligible for this level of clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

CCA manufacturing experience. Knowledge of Fabrication Standards, Processes, and Documentation. IPC J-STD-001 solder certification and IPC 610 and IPC 620 certifications. Associates Degree in a Technical field.
