The Defense Sector at Leidos is seeking an Electronics Warfare Analyst to support the 57th Intelligence Squadron, 365th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing, and the 16th Air Force, located at Joint Base San Antonio–Lackland, Texas.
At Leidos, we outthink, outbuild, and outpace the status quo because the mission demands it. We are not hiring followers; we are recruiting those who disrupt, provoke, and refuse to fail. While the world may have moved slowly in the past, we are already at step 30 and moving faster than anyone else dares.
In this position, you will conduct in-depth engineering assessments of radar and weapons systems to support national Electronic Warfare (EW) and mission-planning databases. You will serve as a primary technical expert and a key participant in collaborative Electronic Warfare and Electronic Intelligence efforts, providing technical leadership across assigned workflows.
Your day-to-day will involve performing independent development and quality control of data standards and schemas for the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), enabling the ingestion of complex, unstructured data. You will advise government stakeholders on optimal methods for collecting and processing data sets, including developing automated toolsets when feasible. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Interface Community Working Group (ICWG) to communicate, prioritize, and satisfy end-user requirements for threat parametric data, ensuring CSDB studies are properly formatted and delivered in accordance with community standards.
Leidos anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days from the original posting date of May 6, 2026. The anticipated close date will be no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date, though this may change based on business needs.
Leidos is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
