We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN, where you will play a pivotal role in our flagship RR Advanced Development programs. This position addresses some of the most complex and interesting technological challenges in the Defense sector, focusing on high-integrity electronic units designed for harsh environments.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electronic engine controllers and monitoring systems, from initial architecture concepts and design through prototype testing to final manufacture and implementation. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will tackle technical challenges in a stimulating environment, ensuring that all designs meet strict performance and reliability requirements for airworthy and certified applications.

This position operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing for remote and in-office days each week. While arrangements are subject to change based on business needs, the expectation is to attend the workplace for collaboration and specific reasons on average three days per week. All hybrid employees must maintain a secure, high-speed internet connection and an appropriate workspace compliant with information security requirements.
