About the Role

As an Electrical Engineering Manager within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management department, you will lead a team of electrical engineers developing and sustaining advanced defense and aerospace systems. This role exists to bridge the gap between high-level system requirements and detailed, testable electrical designs, ensuring our products meet rigorous industry and safety standards.

In this position, you will oversee electrical design, reliability, and lifecycle maintenance while driving innovation and efficiency. Your day will involve providing technical direction and mentorship to your staff, reviewing complex schematics and PCB layouts, and coordinating cross-functional integration with systems, mechanical, software, and test engineering teams. You will also play a key role in supporting bids and proposals, managing engineering resources, and fostering a team culture consistent with Saab's values.
