About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support multiple programs within the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors business. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a team environment and possess a broad knowledge of related disciplines. You will play a key role in the overall design of launcher electrical systems, including the selection of Commercial Off the Shelf components, custom hardware design, and setting requirements for chassis and enclosure design.
Your work will directly support the electrical design sustainment of the MK41 Vertical Launching System and the development of next-generation launcher and weapon systems across various platforms. You will coordinate with senior internal and external personnel on significant technical matters, conducting or participating in the design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems. Additionally, you will develop essential technical documentation, such as design specifications, schematics, assembly drawings, and test procedures to ensure all customer and company requirements are met.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field

- verifiedExperience in Electrical System Integration/Development, Complex Cable Design, PWB Design, Circuit Card Assembly Design, Electrical Bonding/Grounding, or FPGA Selection/Programming
- verifiedAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
