About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support multiple programs within the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors business. This position is designed for those passionate about solving complex problems in a team environment. You will apply electrical engineering and electronics skills to support successful design activities, coordinating with senior internal and external personnel on significant technical matters.

Your work will focus on the overall design of launcher electrical systems, including the selection and use of Commercial Off the Shelf components, custom hardware design, and setting requirements for chassis and enclosure design. You will support the electrical design sustainment of the MK41 Vertical Launching System and contribute to the new and exciting designs of the next generation of launcher and weapon systems across various platforms. Additionally, you will participate in the design, development, and testing of electronic and electrical components, sub-systems, and systems, while developing technical documentation such as initial design specifications, schematics, assembly drawings, and test procedures to ensure customer and company requirements are met.
