About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support multiple programs within the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors business. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a team environment and possess a broad knowledge of electrical engineering principles alongside related disciplines. You will play a key role in the overall design of launcher electrical systems, including the selection of Commercial Off the Shelf components, custom hardware design, and setting requirements for chassis and enclosure design.

Your work will directly impact the sustainment of the MK41 Vertical Launching System and the development of next-generation launcher and weapon systems across various platforms. You will coordinate with senior internal and external personnel on significant technical matters, ensuring that design, development, and testing activities meet rigorous customer and company requirements.
