We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Echocardiography Technical Staff member to join our dynamic cardiology team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our clinical operations, performing high-quality diagnostic imaging to support patient care. You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure the efficient flow of the echo lab, providing clear explanations to patients and ensuring their comfort throughout the study.
Your day will involve performing 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and color flow echocardiography in accordance with ASE guidelines. You will conduct specialized studies, such as stress and contrast echos, while obtaining accurate images and hemodynamic data for physician interpretation. A key part of your responsibility is recognizing and promptly communicating urgent or abnormal findings to the cardiology provider. You will also manage equipment maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and support quality improvement initiatives related to IAC accreditation.
