Our mission is to foster a joyful atmosphere where teachers can make a professional commitment to their students, families, and colleagues.
We are looking for teachers to join our team for Summer and Fall terms at our Lexington, Bedford, and Sudbury locations. Full-time and afternoon positions are available starting in July and September. In this role, you will design and implement curriculum tailored to your toddler or preschool classroom, maintaining an environment that supports the unique needs of your students.
You will develop meaningful relationships with students to individualize your teaching approach while collaborating consistently with fellow teachers. A key part of your day involves using our communication tools to build strong relationships with parents. A sense of humor is helpful as you contribute to our positive, collaborative culture.
Our strength lies in our people. We are thoughtful in our hiring process to ensure every team member is dedicated to the well-being of our community. Our staff are highly talented and love to welcome new teachers.
Our curriculum is designed to leverage the unique talents of our staff. Teachers design curriculum based on their passions, student interests, and needs, supported by a dedicated Curriculum Director at each school. Your leadership team is fully engaged to support you, regularly participating in your classroom, meeting with you individually every week, and guiding your professional development.
We also prioritize work-life balance. Our structure allows for meetings and planning time to occur during regular scheduled hours, and our calendar includes built-in vacations throughout the year.
We invite you to schedule an interview to learn more about what a wonderful place LEAP is to do the joyful work of teaching. We look forward to discussing how you can contribute to our team.
