As an Eagle Flight School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating student success under the general supervision of the Eagle Flight School Principal. This position is designed to provide tailored educational support, ensuring that students receive the specific attention they need to thrive. You will be responsible for developing and administering lessons that align with individual student needs, translating instructional plans into engaging learning experiences that maximize available time.
In this role, you will cultivate a classroom atmosphere conducive to both individualized and small-group instruction. Your day-to-day activities involve conducting ongoing assessments to modify instructional methods, particularly for students with special needs, and maintaining accurate records of student progress, achievement, and attendance. A key aspect of your contribution will be encouraging parental involvement and ensuring effective, transparent communication with students and families regarding expectations and goals.
