About the Role
As a Duty Engineer at World of Hyatt, you are the guardian of a safe, reliable, and guest-ready environment. Supporting the Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Management team, your mission is to ensure seamless hotel operations by maintaining critical building systems and assets. You will serve as the first point of contact for maintenance needs, responding quickly and courteously to guest and staff requests while executing preventive maintenance across guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house equipment.

You will work closely with Facilities, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to minimize guest disruption during necessary repairs. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
