Bach to Rock is America's Music School, dedicated to providing students of all ages with an inspiring and well-balanced music education. Locally owned and operated by S-P Family LLC, our mission is to develop musicians who not only understand theory and technique but also enjoy performing, recording in our studio, and composing original music. We achieve this by teaching through the music students already know and love, utilizing our proprietary curriculum and cover song arrangements.
We are seeking passionate Drums Teachers to join our team at the Franklin location as part-time employees. This role is designed for experienced performers who want to focus on teaching while we handle the marketing, scheduling, booking, billing, and other business aspects of the lessons and group classes. You will create an encouraging, fun, and focused atmosphere where students can thrive.
In this position, you will teach private, semi-private, and group lessons, assessing student progress and discussing it with parents. You will also prepare and conduct student recitals and showcase events, assessing readiness for band or ensemble participation. The role offers a flexible schedule within a fast-paced environment, allowing you to work alongside other like-minded musicians while contributing to a "Tour Ready" school culture.
Candidates must pass a background check to be considered for this position. We look for individuals who can effectively communicate music concepts to students and adapt to a dynamic workplace.
Bach to Rock is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees and students.
