About the Role
As a Moving Crew Member, you will be the backbone of our operations, working directly under the supervision of a Move Supervisor to ensure the safe and efficient transport of household goods. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative team environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of physical activity and teamwork. You will assist with the full lifecycle of a move, including loading, transportation, and unloading household items and equipment. Whether you are lifting heavy furniture by hand, operating material handling equipment like dollies, or carefully packing and wrapping items to customer specifications, your work ensures that every piece of property arrives safely at its destination.
Beyond the physical tasks, you represent the face of our company. You will interact with clients, move consultants, and crew members, requiring clear communication and professional conduct at all times. From the moment you enter a customer's home to the final placement of items, you are expected to maintain a clean, professional appearance and treat the customer's property with the utmost respect and courtesy.
