About the Role

The Driver, Trainee Component position is designed for those ready to take their CDL-A career further. This role serves as the foundational step in a long-lasting career with McLane, where drivers build secure futures through strong client relationships and industry-leading pay. As a Trainee, you will learn the essential functions of the Driver job, including the accurate and timely distribution of products to various customer locations. You will gain exposure to warehouse and other operational functions as part of your developmental process to become a fully certified McLane Driver. This position requires a safety-focused, reliable, adaptable, and dedicated mindset.
